HILLINDIGO / LIFE
Slowness Is Also Progress
A note on walking, empty space and recovering attention beyond the screen.
After too much time in front of a screen, the scarce resource is often not time but uninterrupted attention. A walk does not need a destination; it creates a span in which the mind is not required to respond immediately.
Time without input
No podcast, no messages, no attempt to make every minute productive. When input pauses, interrupted thoughts can find each other again.
Keep some space empty
A digital garden needs content. A life does not need to be documented at every moment. What is worth writing can arrive later.
